REFUNDS
PURCHASE RETURN
After 14 days, you can request a return.
COD and shipping fees aren’t refundable.
COD refunds are deposited to your SSS eWallet for future purchases. Future orders will follow the same COD/shipping cost processes.
Returns to credit cards are credited.
The product’s VAT is repaid.
If an item you order is unavailable, we’ll email you as soon as possible and refunds will be refunded to the original payment card used for the transaction.
SSS eWallet credits expire every year.
Home-fitness equipment
If you return a product before delivery and don’t cancel the delivery (24 hours in advance), you’ll be charged a 10% restocking fee.
If a manufacturing problem is found during installation, the equipment will be fixed for free or replaced.
Following Installation:
Only manufacturing flaws that cannot be remedied within 14 days after installation will be refunded. If the replacement doesn’t match customer needs, a refund will be delivered as an E-Wallet.
EXCLUSIONS
Wearable technology, nutrition products, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and similar items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Sealed products are non-returnable.
Organizing customer returns
To return an item, log into your account. Within 14 days of receiving your order, visit ‘My Account’ and ‘Returns’ Notify you.
Click ‘Trace Order’ to track your return.
Organizing guest returns
Guest users must request a refund within 14 days after receiving their order via the ‘Track Your Order’ tab. You can also chat with Customer Care 24 hours a day using the lower-left icon.

Orders must be returned within 14 days. Any returns received after the deadline will be returned to you, and you’ll be charged for shipping.
If you ordered many goods, you can only request a refund after receiving them all.
If a refund is provided on a mada card 14 or more days after the original transaction, the money may take an extra 4 weeks to appear in your bank account according to mada and your issuing bank’s refund processing policy.
Once-only returns are allowed.
Any extra returned products not on the approved list will be shipped back to the buyer and the shipping fee levied.
Return things in one package.
All items must be returned with tags attached. Include belts and designer packaging. If products are not returned in their original state, used, etc., the consumer must pay return shipping. Customers can only return things through the shipping firms we partner with.
If you receive a damaged or malfunctioning item, log in to your account. Within 48 hours of receiving, go to ‘My Account’ and ‘Returns’ For guest users, use ‘Track Your Order’
You’ll receive an email confirming your return and refund.
Using the above methods, you can return and refund internet purchases.
